1. Who we are
GrabMe is a London coffee concept preparing to launch automated premium coffee points. The operating legal entity and dedicated privacy contact will be confirmed before public launch and before any live data-collection workflow is switched on.
2. What this website currently collects
This static website is currently used as a launch/preview site. The visible email field is not connected to a live submission endpoint in the current build, so the front end does not currently store or send email addresses.
Hosting and network providers may still process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referrer, pages requested and timestamps.
3. If the waitlist or contact form is connected later
If GrabMe enables a waitlist, contact form or location request form, we may collect:
- your email address;
- your name, if requested;
- your message or location interest;
- basic consent and timestamp records.
That information would be used to send launch updates, respond to enquiries, manage early customer/location interest and improve the website.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable, GrabMe would rely on consent for mailing-list updates, legitimate interests for basic website operation and enquiry handling, and legal obligation where records must be kept for compliance.
5. Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. The site also loads Google Fonts. If forms, analytics or email tools are added later, this policy should be updated to name those providers before public use.
6. Retention
Technical hosting logs are retained according to provider policies. If a waitlist is enabled, email/contact data should be kept only while it is needed for launch updates or enquiry handling, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Launch note: this is a default early-stage notice. It should be reviewed and completed with the final legal entity, contact email and live service providers before GrabMe collects real customer data.
